You can cancel your order if:
- No more than 1 hour has passed since you placed it.
- You notify the cancellation by sending an email to [email protected].
- You do it within the customer service hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm CET / Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 1pm CET)
Exceptions:
- During Black Friday, Christmas or sales, cancellations may not be allowed. *On public holidays we will not be able to cancel.
If you are still within the deadline, I recommend you to send the email as soon as possible with the details of your order (order number and your contact information).
What to do if 1 hour has passed?
- If the order has been shipped, you need to contact the shipping company to see if they can reroute it.
