CUSTOMS TAXES

Additional customs charges may apply on orders from the following countries:

United Kingdom, Ireland, Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Isle of Bouvet, Isle of Man, Iceland, Åland Islands, Faroe Islands, New Jersey, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Mayotte, Montenegro, Norway, Reunion, Serbia, Switzerland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Turkey, Andorra, Ukraine, as well as North America* and South America.

*For Countries: Mexico and USA, it is mandatory to include the recipient's identity number in order to avoid delays or problems in the customs process.

Courier companies such as UPS/GLS will inform the customer about these charges, and it will be the customer's responsibility to pay them. If you have questions about the customs process, please contact [email protected] for more information or assistance with the shipment.

The recipient will be responsible for customs charges and any other costs in accordance with the customs regulations of the destination country. Therefore, the costs associated with importation are not the responsibility of Eme Studios, being the customer who must cover the customs duties.

If the customer decides not to pay these charges, the shipment will be considered cancelled and will be returned to our warehouses. In this case, the purchase will be refunded, deducting the costs related to the rejection of the goods.
