How can I make a return or exchange?Updated 19 days ago
Here are the instructions:
- Pack your products correctly and make sure they are in perfect condition with the original labels
- Go to the post office of your choice to deposit your package there. Have the return label ready on your cell phone, Correos will print the label for you before sending it.
- If you have requested an exchange, you will receive an email when it has been sent
Items purchased at Eme Studios must be returned in perfect condition and unused, being free of deterioration, stains, odors or any condition that prevents the sale of these. Items must also be returned in their original packaging including all tags within 30 days of receipt of shipment in order to receive a refund.
1Orders placed from 9:00 p.m. (Spanish hour) on November 24 to 11:59 p.m. on December 11, the deadline will be extended to 60 days due to Black Friday.23
Garments such as underwear and socks will not be accepted in returns or exchanges due to hygiene issues.
The customer will be able to make a maximum of two return/exchange requests per order.

After managing the return/exchange through the link, you will receive an email with instructions and a return label.
Any return that has not been managed through the above link and has been sent at the customer's expense, will not be accepted.
