Is it possible to return or exchange an online order in store?Updated a month ago

Purchases made at https://emestudios.com/ can be exchanged or returned at our shops in Madrid, Valencia or Barcelona. Not incluided in Las Rozas Village or La Roca Village.

To do so, you must first request it at the following link:

If you have requested an exchange online, you will receive the exchange from our warehouse and not from the shop.

The store will only accept returns or exchanges where the return shipment is ‘delivery to store’; if you have requested another shipping method, it will not be accepted in store.
