Verify that the code is valid
- Make sure you have copied the code correctly, without extra spaces.
- Check if it has an expiration date or specific conditions (minimum purchase, exclusions, etc.).
Try applying it again
- Add the products to the cart and type the code in the "Discount code" box before checking out.
- If it does not apply, try from another browser or device.
Check your spam or promotions folder
- Sometimes, discount emails arrive in "Spam", "Promotions" or "Junk Mail".
- I recommend you wait a few minutes. Some emails may take a while to arrive.
- If the system allows it, try to register with the same or another email address.
Contact us if the code still does not work:
- Write to [email protected] explaining the problem.
- Attach a screenshot of the error.
- Ask if they can provide you with a new code or apply it manually.
