If they have been unable to deliver your order, the carrier usually follows one of these procedures:
New Delivery Attempt
Some carriers make one or more additional attempts in the following days.
Check the status of your shipment on the carrier's website to see when the next attempt will be made.
Hold at a Pickup Point
If they were unable to deliver it, they may drop it off at a nearby office, branch or pickup point.
Check your shipment tracking to see if you have to pick it up in person.
Return to Sender
If it is not picked up within the specified time or your address may be incomplete or incorrect, it will be returned to our warehouse.
What to do?
Contact the carrier to handle the incident, if the package has been returned, contact us to arrange a new shipment or refund.
